These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between Queens of Green Design (us) and the website users (you). Your use of this website and any purchase by you on this website of any products is governed by English Law and will be deemed to have taken place in England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Queens of Green Design have taken care in the creation of this website and all its content. We have done our best to ensure that the information provided on the website is accurate; however we make no representation and give no warranty of any kind in respect of the information on this website. To the fullest extent permitted by the law, Queens of Green Design disclaims all warranties of any kind with respect to the content on this website.

Queens of Green Design may correct any errors that appear on the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring any liability. Price and availability of stock may change without notice. Any links on this website to any other websites are provided solely for your interest and we have no control or responsibility for these websites or for their content. Prices

​

All prices quoted are correct at the time of publication. Errors and omissions are expected. Orders will be processed at our published prices. In the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Payment 

​

Unless otherwise agreed by Queens of Green Design (us) and the buyer (you), all payment will be due and payable at the time the order is placed by you and accepted by us. All goods remain the property of Queens of Green Design until they are paid for in full. 

​

Online orders are processed automatically via fully secure servers. We will confirm acceptance of an order by sending a confirmation email to the email address provided by you to us. The sending of this email (whether or not it is received) forms the Contract between us (Queens of Green Design) and you (the buyer). 

 

Cancellation

We can only accept cancellations of an order before it has been processed and dispatched. Please confirm cancellation via email as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched we cannot accept a cancellation. 

 

Postage and Delivery 

​

The majority of orders will be dispatched within five working days of the order being placed. We will always notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays in dispatching your order. We will post or deliver your order to the address which you specify. However, the time for delivery or postage will not be essential to the contract between us. Once your order has been posted by us we have no responsibility for the time it takes to reach you. We will advise you of likely timescales. We accept no responsibility in the event that goods are left as instructed by you without your presence at the time of delivery. If you fail to accept delivery of goods when delivered we reserve the right to attempt to redeliver at a later date and invoice you for any additional delivery costs.

Risk of damage or loss shall pass to you upon delivery. Once delivered you must notify us of any damage or fault as soon as possible.

Returns

​

All our pots are sold as seen. Prior to the sale of the pot we are happy to provide photographs and measurements. All our pots are vintage and part of their charm is that they have had long and happy lives before they reach you. This may mean they have visible wear and tear that is in line with the photographs and descriptions provided to you. They may have small scuffs, flakes, cracks, chips or fading and we do not provide returns for these reasons. Please ensure you have carefully examined the photographs and read the descriptions before you place your order.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect to your order from us, you must notify us by email within three days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this. 

​

If your pot has been broken or damaged in transit then you must contact us within three days of delivery. Without using or further unpacking the goods you must return the goods to us within thirty days. The buyer is responsible for the payment of postage but we will be happy to refund this to you once we have received the goods in the same condition they were upon delivery. You are advised to retain the original packing. 

​

Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return for refund (unless the product has been damaged in transit). We reserve the right to deduct from any refund any charges necessary for repair or cleaning of any goods that are not returned in the same condition they were delivered in. We are entitled to recover all cost, loss, charges and expenses if goods are no longer in a saleable condition.

Liability

Queens of Green Design and its partners or related companies shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising directly or indirectly from use of this website.
